1. APT of the Month

When: First week of each month
Prize: $50 gift card + APT Portal Spotlight + Social Media Feature

Purpose: To celebrate APTs who consistently demonstrate excellence, commitment, and positivity in their role.

Selection Criteria:

Outstanding feedback from families or schools
High-quality session delivery and documentation
Collaboration with PDCs and contribution to student transformation
Embodiment of A Team Tuition values in daily work

This award is a chance to be recognised in real time and inspire the wider team with your impact.

2. Annual APT Awards Ceremony

When: Annually in November
Format: Livestreamed celebration + internal build-up + public recognition
Purpose: To recognise the most exceptional APTs across regions and key categories.

Regional Awards – APT of the City of the Year (9 Winners)

Gold Coast
Brisbane/Ipswich
Toowoomba
Townsville
Sydney
Canberra
Melbourne
Adelaide

Awarded to: One top-performing APT in each of our active regions
Criteria:

Consistent excellence in tutoring across the year
Positive impact on student results
Strong rapport with families
Reliability and professionalism
Demonstrated leadership and initiative within the region

3. Zoom Community Recognition

Frequency: Ongoing in team Zoom meetings
Purpose: Celebrate wins in real time, build community momentum

The Program Support Manager or your PDC will spotlight shoutouts from parents or schools
You’ll be recognised in front of your peers for outstanding work
This fosters a culture where everyone uplifts each other

Annual APT of the Year Winners

Each year, one outstanding Academic Personal Trainer is recognised for delivering the highest level of transformation, consistency, and impact. These individuals have set the gold standard for performance and legacy within A Team Tuition.

Doctorates of Academic Personal Training (Level 5)

Our highest honour, Level 5 APTs are those who have reached true mastery in the role. These individuals have delivered hundreds of hours of tutoring, maintained exceptional impact metrics, and contributed deeply to the A Team community. They are the legends of our field.
